Job Description

The VMware & Active Directory L2 Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced (Level 2) operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of virtual infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware vSphere environment
• Perform VM provisioning, cloning, and snapshots
• Troubleshoot VM performance issues and datastore alerts
• Manage user, group, and computer objects in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot GPO failures and replication issues

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience
• Expertise in VMware and Active Directory
