Job Description

Providing day-to-day IT support to end-users across hardware, software, and network environments. Locally available in Bahrain for immediate joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
• Manage user accounts and email setups
• Support basic network operations
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
