Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Data Management & Record KeepingYou will play a central role in maintaining clean, structured, and reliable administrative datasets that support internal reporting and operational decision-making.Your responsibilities will include:Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal databases on a daily basis using Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelReviewing data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracyStandardizing information across records (names, phone numbers, email formats, region identifiers, internal notes)Identifying duplicate records, obvious errors, inconsistencies, or missing fieldsFlagging incomplete or unclear data for clarification and follow-upEnsuring structured file naming conventions and folder organizationSupporting reporting functions by maintaining reliable and well-organized datasetsMaintaining accurate logs of updates made and corrections implementedThis role requires strong data accuracy, file hygiene, and administrative quality control skills.Task & Administrative Request CoordinationYou will support workflow organization and ensure administrative requests are handled efficiently and on time.Responsibilities include:Reviewing incoming administrative requests and categorizing them according to established workflowsAssigning or routing tasks to the appropriate team membersTracking task progress from initial assignment through final completionFollowing up on overdue, stalled, or incomplete itemsMaintaining clear documentation of task status and updatesCommunicating clearly when information is missing or when clarification is requiredYour ability to manage structured task workflows and maintain visibility across moving parts will directly support operational efficiency.Required QualificationsComfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelStrong written communication skillsAbility to follow written instructions carefullyDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational habitsComfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks with consistencyAbility to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environmentReliable high-speed internet connectionAccess to a computer suitable for remote administrative workEntry-level candidates welcome — training and onboarding support provided This position is ideal for individuals who: Are beginning a career in strong>administration, operations support, or remote coordination/strong> Prefer structured, process-driven environments Take pride in clean spreadsheets and organized systems Enjoy improving workflow clarity Thrive on consistency and predictable responsibilities Want a long-term remote administrative career path
