Location: Qatar, with GCC regional coverage Company: Kingdee Gulf Department: Sales / Business Development Job DescriptionRole Overview Kingdee Gulf is looking for a commercially driven ERP Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across Qatar and the wider GCC market. This role is not limited to basic software selling. We are looking for someone who can open doors, understand enterprise business needs, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and position Kingdee ERP as a strong alternative to traditional ERP vendors in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience selling ERP, SaaS, business applications, or enterprise technology solutions, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth & Pipeline Development Drive new business opportunities for Kingdee ERP solutions across Qatar and the GCC. Build, manage, and continuously improve a healthy sales pipeline. Identify target accounts across sectors such as trading, retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, logistics, services, and government-related entities. Develop account plans, sales strategies, and opportunity action plans. Convert qualified leads into active opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and closed deals. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, CEOs, IT leaders, operations managers, and procurement teams. Understand client pain points, business processes, and digital transformation objectives. Position Kingdee solutions based on business value, not only system features. Maintain long-term client relationships to support future upselling, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction. ERP Solution Positioning Work closely with functional consultants and pre-sales teams to analyze client requirements. Present Kingdee ERP capabilities clearly across finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, sales, manufacturing, HR, and reporting. Support product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and executive presentations. Translate business requirements into solution value propositions. Clearly communicate Kingdee’s strengths in cloud ERP, low-code customization, workflow automation, scalability, and cost-effective implementation. Proposal, Negotiation & Closing Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documentation. Lead contract discussions and commercial negotiations. Coordinate internally with pre-sales, delivery, technical, and management teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing. Manage sales risks related to scope, pricing, timelines, and client expectations. Follow up professionally and consistently until closure. Market Intelligence & Partner Development Monitor ERP market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in Qatar and the GCC. Identify strategic partners, referral channels, and potential alliances. Support Kingdee’s market awareness through events, networking, business councils, exhibitions, and industry activities. Provide regular feedback to management on market demand, objections, pricing expectations, and competitor positioning. Required QualificationsExperience 2–5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise technology sales. Experience selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting software, business applications, or digital transformation solutions is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Existing network in Qatar or GCC enterprise market is a strong advantage. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Required Skills Strong understanding of ERP, SaaS, cloud solutions, or business applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to speak with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong consultative selling skills. Ability to understand business processes and map them to software solutions. Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Professional written and verbal communication in English. Preferred Skills Arabic speaking is a strong advantage. Experience in Qatar or GCC market is highly preferred.
