Job Responsibilities · Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels · Arrange and coordinate interviews · Follow up on attendance, interview results, and joining process · Support mass hiring for BD and field operation teams · Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database · Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment vendors Skills Requirements · 1–3 years recruitment experience · Experience in mass hiring is preferred · Strong communication and coordination skills · Arabic and English required · Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred · Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets Preferred · Experience hiring sales or outdoor staff · Familiar with Saudi recruitment market Compensation Package · 3,500 SAR basic salary + attractive performance incentives · Total monthly earnings can reach 6,000–8,000 SAR for high performers · Top recruiters can achieve monthly earnings up to 11,000 SAR · Transferable Iqama accepted · Medical insurance provided · 22 annual leave days Additional Requirements · Arab nationals only · Male and female candidates are welcome to apply
