Qatar Technical Aluminum is hiring a QC Inspector to join our growing team supporting commercial and industrial projects across Qatar. Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help keep teams running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating with different departments, and providing reliable administrative support in a professional environment. What You’ll Do? Administrative Support Handle day-to-day office administration tasks Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and files Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage correspondence Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Documentation & Data Entry Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders Enter and update information in spreadsheets and company systems Maintain employee, supplier, and project records Support filing and documentation processes accurately Coordination & Office Operations Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and project teams Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement support Help with HR and payroll administration when required Assist with delivery schedules and material documentation Communication & Team Support Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and staff Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance Prepare letters, reports, and official documents Support management and project teams with administrative tasks What We’re Looking For Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in administration or office support Good English communication skills Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Construction or manufacturing experience is an advantage Pay: From QAR5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
