About the job Senior Cloud Engineer - Saudi Arabia Senior Cloud Engineer Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | On-site (Full-Time) Arabic Speaking Preferred About the Opportunity We are supporting a large-scale enterprise digital transformation programme in Riyadh, focused on modernising cloud infrastructure across mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior Cloud Engineer who can design, deploy, secure, and operate cloud environments across multi-cloud and hybrid architectures. Key Responsibilities Cloud Deployment & Engineering  Design and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP  Build and configure cloud environments from the ground up (greenfield and existing environments)  Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similar Operations & Monitoring  Monitor performance across multiple environments and ensure systems meet SLAs and KPIs  Manage day-to-day cloud operations, including incident resolution and optimisation  Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions Security & Governance  Configure access controls, identity management, and cloud security policies  Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices  Work closely with cybersecurity teams on risk mitigation Integration & Hybrid Environments  Support integration between on-premise and cloud environments  Work across multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures Collaboration & Delivery  Work closely with architects, DevOps, and application teams  Support project delivery across multiple cloud initiatives Required Experience  5–10 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles  Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler: o AWS Microsoft Azure o Google Cloud Platform  Experience with hybrid environments (cloud on-prem)  Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles  Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.)  Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.) Nice to Have  Arabic language capability  Experience in enterprise or government environments  Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)  Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines What We’re Looking For  Hands-on, delivery-focused engineers (not purely theoretical)  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset  Ability to work in high-pressure, enterprise-scale environments Salary & Benefits  Competitive package aligned with market benchmarks  Full relocation support where applicable
